Returns for Change of Mind

If you change your mind, we are under no obligation to give a refund or replacement. But we will continue to be logical and reasonable about returns and exchanges if you change your mind after purchasing from us.

If you change your mind about a purchase within couple weeks and the goods are unused and in ‘as new’ condition with all the original packaging, accessories, and paperwork, and you’ve told us you want to return something within a reasonable time frame and have a copy of your original receipt, then contact us and we’ll work something out. A restocking fee may apply.

Return Expenses Due to a Change of Mind

If you change your mind, we will not pay for return shipping from you to us, neither will we reimburse initial shipping charges from us to you.

Because Buy Any Tool Ltd cannot restock special order items, they cannot be returned for a refund. Special order items include, but are not limited to, made-to-order products.

Warranty-Related Product Returns

Manufacturers issue warranties. You might be required to activate your warranty. Return policies may be found on the manufacturer’s website. An administrative charge may be applied.
